Terms and Conditions

We reserve the to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. This includes that the website is compliant with Google's content policy. Your website should also be functional and provide adequate content for quality score purposes. The trial period commences from the time you sign up.


Adwords Content Policy

These are guidelines for what you can and can’t advertise or promote.

Anabolic steroids: Ads are not permitted for anabolic steroids, muscle enhancing stacks and cycles, bodybuilding steroid supplements, and related content, regardless of an advertiser’s claims of legality.

 

Data entry affiliates: Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of data entry affiliate programs. This includes ads directing users to sites that promote the creation or data entry of more ads that direct users to the same site

 

Gambling: The promotion of online gambling or related sites is restricted by targeted region and type of content

 

Goods related to endangered species: Advertising is not permitted for products obtained from endangered or threatened species. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of products derived from elephants, sharks, tigers, whales, rhinoceroses, or dolphins.

 

Tobacco and Cigarettes: Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products, including cigarettes, cigars, tobacco pipes, and rolling papers.

 

Weapons: Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, firearm components, ammunition, balisongs (switchblades), butterfly knives, and brass knuckles.

 

At WorthOverdoing Marketing we comply with strict advertising policy that is against any website that promotes adult or pornographic materials.

In addition, the free trial period is only applicable to new Adwords accounts.

 

Adwords Voucher Terms


Promotion expired: Promotional codes are meant for new advertisers only, providing an easy way to get started with the AdWords program. Therefore, these codes can only be redeemed up to 14 days after the creation of an AdWords account. If you created your AdWords account more than 14 days ago, you will not be able to redeem the code. Note that Google will not accept or replace expired vouchers.


Multiple credits: Promotional offers are limited to one per customer so it won't be possible to redeem more than one promotion code for any Adwords account. If you have already applied a promotional credit to your account, you won't be able to redeem another.


Invalid code or provider: Google works with certain third-party partners who offer these promotions. If you receive a promotional code from a website or service with which you have no business relationship, please be aware that the code may be invalid. If you are about to sign up with a service offering you an AdWords promotional credit, make sure that you confirm that the service has a relationship with Google.


Incorrect case: Promotional codes are case-sensitive, so be sure to enter the code exactly as it appears on the promotional materials.


You'll need to enter valid payment information in order to activate your Google AdWords account and use your promotional credit. Google does this to ensure that new advertisers intend to use their account purposefully, and also to make sure that valid payment information is available in case you decide to continue advertising after your credit has been used.


If you have chosen to pay by prepay, your ads will automatically stop running when your prepaid funds are exhausted.


If you have chosen to pay by postpay, please note that your ads will continue to run after the promotional credit has been exhausted. You will be responsible for any charges that occur after that. If you don't want to accrue charges for your postpay account after the credit has been spent, you can pause your campaigns at any time or set an end date to automatically end your campaign on a specific day.

 

If your campaign has been successful, you can easily choose to extend the end date.


If you chose direct debit for your account, you'll need to initiate a debit authorization in order to activate your account. A one-time account activation fee will be deducted from your bank account in order for your AdWords account to be activated.

 

The initial fee is needed to confirm that your billing details are valid as well as to ensure that our advertisers are committed to the goal of creating well targeted advertisements.


Once this fee has been deducted, your account will be activated and the full value of the promotion code will be credited to your account. Note that when the promotional credit has been exhausted or has expired, your campaigns will continue to accrue clicks for which you'll be invoiced.


The activation fee for an Adwords account is a one-time charge. The application of this fee will vary depending on the mode of payment you choose for your account:

 

  • If you choose prepay, this amount will be deducted from your prepaid balance.
  • If you choose postpay by direct debit, this amount will be taken from your bank account when we verify your payment details. You will then have the full amount of your promotion credit to advertise with.
  • If you choose postpay by credit card or debit card, the activation fee will be taken from your promotion credit and you will see this at the end of the first billing cycle.

The AdWords system will use your promotional credit until the value of the credit has been spent. Note that the one-time account activation fee was also deducted from the promotion credit or from your prepayment (depending on which has been incurred first).


Any charges that occur after the credit has been used will come out of your prepayment. When both your prepaid budget and your promotion credit are exhausted, your ads will stop running. If you'd like to continue running your campaign, you'll need to make a new payment.

Competitors Clicking on Ads

Since 2010 our advertising was gradually getting more and more expensive and we were getting less leads from Google.
